Its monochrome architecture and curved balconies give Palma a distinct profile. The official renderings show several kitchen styles and penthouse interiors. Floor plans, areas, views, finishes and unit rights should be checked against current documents.
Life beyond the condo
The announced shared spaces draw on Palm Springs design: lobby, gym, spa with sauna, guest suite, urban chalet and a landscaped rooftop with a pool. These spaces extend life beyond the condo, subject to the project’s and unit’s access rules.
What makes this address distinct
The project site describes four distinct façades and curved balconies that can reach seven feet in depth. It is worth checking each plan: balcony depth and orientation can change how the outdoor space feels. Devimco also presents studios, one- to three-bedroom condos and penthouses; renderings do not establish contractual areas.
